Intensive Acting Camp for Teens

Monday, August 16, 1999 @ 9:00am

An intensive five-day program meeting for 3 hours daily, Monday-Friday. For students 12-16 years old, the classes will cover a variety of acting techniques. The week will conclude with a prepared monologue presentation.

Beginning Acting Class

Thursday, August 19, 1999 @ 6:30pm

A six-week Beginning Acting with John Scaturro will run on Thursdays, August 19-September 23. Designed for adults ages 16 and older, the class will explore a variety of acting techniques. Class size is limited to ten. Cost is $72 plus a $5 registration fee. A non-refundable deposit of $25 is required at registration. All classes will meet at our downtown Binghamton site.

Children Choruses

Saturday, September 11, 1999 @ 10:00am

Two choruses for children ages 8-12 and 13-16 years old will meet weekly to learn and perform a variety of choral music in an atmosphere that enhances general understanding of music using unison pieces, harmonies, rounds and catches.

Advanced Acting Workshop

Tuesday, September 14, 1999 @ 6:30pm

A ten-week class meeting Tuesday evenings for 1 1/2 hours. The first 1/2 hour is dedicated to acting exercises; the remaining hour work-out focuses on monologues, scene work, improvisation, etc. Pre-requisite: Beginning Acting class or audition.

All of the above classes are to be held at the Downtown Binghamton Location at 42 Chenango St.
